Ruffiano Colt 2005
This elegant black colt is out of the Bavarian mare Lieselotte’ (Wiener Dom/Winderhall). He proved to be Rodioso’s star foal for 2005. He was placed 9th by the USDF in Horse of the Year Sporthorse Breeding for colts of 2005. In the All Breeds Division for Oldenburg he came in 2nd. He placed 1st in the Region 8 Dressage Fall Festival and was Reserve Champion in the New England Breeders Futurity out of 25 horses. He was also awarded 1st for the Born in America Award at that same show. He repeated these wins again in Region 8 in 2008 this time in the 3 year old division and again was awarded the Born in America Award. He is owned by Erica Karl of New York.
Reno Colt 2006
Reno is a gelding out of Witty (Weisswein). Reno placed first in colts of 2006 with an 81% at the Beaujolais Sporthorse Show when he was only two months old. Now he is a handsome adult with an impressive show career. He debuted at Training Level at the age of 4 and placed in the 70’s! In 2011 with his new owner, Lexi Barron of Mukilteo, Washington he made his FEI debut in the FEI 5 Year Old with a 7.2! They are continuing their climb up the dressage ladder as they go for their USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medals. In 2012 Lexi and Reno where Reserve Champion Adult Amateur for GOV at 2nd Level and place 17th in the Dover Medal nationally. Currently showing with solid scores at Third Level.
Rocket II Colt 2008
Rocket II was a stunning Premium colt for the Oldenburg Verband who has developed into a wonderful show horse. Shown thru second level at Derby Farms he was sold to a wonderful dressage home in New Hampshire and is now competeing at 4th level with scores thru 68%. Always a joy to work with this great fellow has made us proud!
Rodio Colt 2009
The spectacular coloring that he gets from his dam an Art Deco daughter his movement and kindness from his sire Rodioso all helped this colt win a Premium Award at his foal inspection. Currently showing at third level he has done quite well in the dressage arena winning a Dover Medal for his rider Katja Waldron who is the riding assistant at Derby Farms. Owned and cherished by Bonnie Kearney of North Bend, Washington we will continue to see great things from this colorful boy.
Rex Colt 2012
A tall modern flashy mover earned Rex a Premium with the Oldenburg Verband in 2012. Full siblings (Reno, Rocket II, Rockette) have shined in the dressage arena and he is carrying on the legacy. Scoring in the 70's at his first shows he was seen at the USDF Region 6 Championships in 2017 in the capable hands of Morgan Barrows. Owned by Sam Clement of Poulsbo, Washington we expect to see great things from this dynamic horse.
Reynolds Colt 2013
Big jet black elegant mover earned this fellow a Premium in 2013 by the GOV. Out of a De Niro daughter his pedigree is tops having Rodioso (Rodiamant, Rubinstein) on the top. His size turns heads, his movement is world class and his temerament is fantastic. He debuted with a 74% at Training Level and we expect great things from this FEI candidate.
Rockette Filly 2014
This elegant and expressive mover was awared premium status at her foal inspection in 2014. As she continued to mature she continued to impress! At age 3 she was inspected again by the Oldenburg Verband and given the covetted Elite (Premium) Mare status. She has a wonderful temperament and is now going nicely under saddle. Sold in 2017 she is owned by Verena Masters of Lynnwood, Washington.
Regal 2015 Filly
This stunnning filly with the super pedigree is from the magical Rubinstein/Donnerhall cross. Out of our wonderful De Niro mare she has lovely markings and wonderful movement. She went premium at her foal inspection and was promptly sold to Diana Hart of Edmonds, Washington. She will mature into a dynamic dressage mount.
Roanoke Colt 2016
A dark gray gelding foaled April 15, 2016 whose spectacular gaits earned him a Premium Award at his Oldenburg Inspection. He will make a handsome dressage horse and his temperament is tops as are all the foals from this mare. He will be big too. Many older siblings are now in the FEI ring (Rudolph Valentino) and getting super scores over 70% (Rex).
Rainbow Filly 2017
Our lovely 2017 filly by Rodioso named Rainbow went Premium at the German Oldenburg mare/foal inspection that we hosted on July 24, 2017. She showed lovely gaits with much ground cover and very correct conformation. She is out of our imported Trakehener mare Sophia KD who goes back to Kostolany on her dam side. Her sire Rodioso and her dam have given her an outstanding temperament.
